The word hangs,
between meanings.
Not completely one,
not completely the other.
Poignant, pleasing,
willing to be in tension.
Because it is not resolution
which brings full beauty.
But the way the note sustains
a tension between resolution.
So hang there in beauty
and wait, wonder, let awe hold you.
