We all need a companion.
One who is there whenever.
Who knows us well.
Willing to take our hand,
Or throw an arm around us.
Give us hugs when we need.
The lively walk of joy to laugh.
The wonder of our world,
The sorrow it sometimes brings,
And the love to hold us altogether.
