 What does it mean, to abide?

Deepen a walk with you.

Can I just go off on my own?

Will I find you there, away?

Why do we not want to abide?

To dwell in the places you are?

To sit and be still, knowing,

Connecting deeply with the

Ancient of Days.

Can we not watch, wait with you?

Do we think our time is more?

Come, lay down your burdens, rest.

Beside still quiet waters, listen.

Dwell here and find shelter.

Then we will know one another.
