Storms

 The storms of life batter us,

  yet Jesus comes to us on the waves.

We may not see him,

  so tossed about by the storm.

So nervous of falling in,

  disappearing beneath the waters.

Watch, he is there,

  don't get caught up in fear.

Remember, despite the wind

  and waves we are loved.

Be attentive to who is

  coming toward you on the waves.
