It was dark,
  it seemed like the night grew.
It was dark,
  and they were locked up with fear.
It was dark,
  and people hoarded, or gained.
It was dark,
  and fear gripped the whole world.
It was dark,
  and the moon shone brightly.
It was dark,
  and people shared out of their abundance.
It was dark,
  and others gave, so others could live.
It was dark,
  but darkness is never the end, watch.
