Peace

Here comes Christmas,
  in the face of a world in turmoil.
And yet we will hold up
  peace and goodwill to all.
May it shine brighter
  in us tonight, may we remember
To up hold its light
  for all to see that peace begins
With you and me.
  we can plant, we can nurture,
We can grow it
  like of old and all it takes is faith.
