Blaze

The earth is lit with the light
  of a dozen skies.
Brilliant and dazzling,
  coming on the horizon.
Its light is for but a moment
  and then it is gone.
If you don't watch it comes
  and goes without knowing.
So open yourself to the sun,
  the first glimpse of the day.
See the wonderful, terror
  of light into the dark sky.
Feel the wonder of its beauty
  sway and leap into this day.
Seeing what may become
  if we allow wonder inside.
