Neither Jew nor Greek,
slave or free,
male or female,
We are all one in Christ.
Do we even start to realize,
when we freeze this in time
making it without meaning,
We ignore the radical view.
Paul says we are one,
all divisions end,
none matter,
So the phrase becomes new.
There is neither in or out,
poor or rich,
male or female or LGBTQ
We are all one in Christ.
Because Jesus erased the lines,
all the time,
with rich and poor,
With women weeping.
With the crowds which followed,
with the leper,
with the sinners,
They were all one person, God.
