Look forward not back,
  try to see, feel a way.

  and be still, reflect.
See the image of God
  in you, in your soul.
Believe it is there, that
  you are good, well.
Believe you want to know
  what is in the heart.
God still speaks, God
  is not distant, listen.
You may hear and then
  see what is the whisper
