Find it

Happiness is born out of the ease of simplicity,
 life is complicated, hard, we don't connect.
It is gone when we're not looking for it,
  in the quiet, in cultivating our inner
Joy, bursting with one another, or with
  sharing in a simple meal, taking time
To be... to listen deeply and respect each
  person because they are sacred.
It is a shame to forget the gift each one
  is. It makes things hollow to not see
The sacred underpinnings of all creation.
