Hearing

What do you hear?
  am I good, am I enough,
Do I hear I am
  loved, I am wonderful?
Do we stand and
  look, saying I am beautiful?
Do we notice every
  wrong, every flaw, imperfection?
Are we willing to
  embrace ourselves as being
Fearfully and wonderfully
  made, celebrate yourself.
Because in loving
  yourself, just enough,
It multiplies out
  to all those around you.
