Space to hold

We all need spaces to hold,
  hold our concerns, our cares, our fears.
We cannot ignore them,
  or stuff them down because they come
Out. Come out on others
  whom we hold dear, or come out in
Pain and sorrow to ourselves.
  we all need a space to breath, breath
Deeply into quiet streams,
  allowing them to comfort, allowing
Space to just be, in this world
  which is always too busy with becoming.
Sitting still and being is
  rare, yet we need this space to. Only
When we allow the places
  for this will we be able to come together.
