Dare to follow through,
  dare to risk doing what you pledge.
It's for yourself, not anyone,
   just you. There is no need to prove.
Just to do right by yourself,
  to say you are worth all the effort,
All the strain, all the heartache.
  you are worth this promise, this
Effort and all the good
  which goes into and with it.
So do it, for you, for new,
  for yourself because you can do it.
