Can we heal

Can we dig into the soft soil,
  where deep down the bugs till,
And disturb it enough to be
  uncomfortable, where they flee
Before the exposure, yet it brings
  new life to the top. Revitalizes
All which was underneath and
  hidden from our eyes.
Embraced in hands of care, which
  want to see it flourish and
Care enough to get down in the
  dirt, listening for the signs
      of rebirth.
