Love child

It was ordained long ago,
  before you even came into thought.
You nestled yourself into
  my life and soul, my sweet child.
So love is not a question,
  no matter what the failure, this cord
Will always be the tie
  which binds us one to another,
Through sorrow and happy,
  through pain and health, we love you.
Always and forever, there is
  nothing which can separate you off.
This love is never ending,
  it teaches us all in its wave of strength,
Of that which binds us one
  to the other, and never grows weaker,
In spite of the storms which
  crash on its shores, you are our child.
