  mean blessing or benefit

When Jesus says there is a cost

  he means it

Don't join because of the

  fringe benefit

Count the cost of

  loving your enemy

Count the cost 

  of giving away everything

Count the cost

  of love in persecution and hate

This is not an easy road

  this is the road of discipleship
