There is only today tomorrow has to wait
Even though thoughts crowd in and try to
Consume all the time of night, yet sitting
Here wrapped in the womb of trees and
Dark not afraid of the sanctuary, in awe
Of stars beyond the canopy, becoming
Filled with the present and lost tomorrow
Not to grieve but to fully embrace now
This space, this beauty, these questions
Calm finally returns in the center and
Sleep returns gently enfolding, returning
Letting go to be fully present today, it is
Only in today we live, we can't live in any
Other dimension, so fully embrace today
