The evening vesper has begun
The flit and flight of worry cease
What's done is done what is
Undone is left and maybe tomorrow
Will see it's fruition or it may
Die and go away showing us
The importance of rest, wait,
Patience teaching us to grow
In new ways and listen
Watching the golden rays
Descend bringing a close
We all hear the inner call of
Peaceful descent a communion
Of the soul with what brings
Life again awakening to the rise
Of light and the dawn, a new day
