Sabbath

We need to find the places of rest in this busy world.

Running always running, people insist on you working

More and more, consuming your days and life.

We snatch at stolen time like a thief, hoping not

To be caught and when we are we are made to feel

Guilty. As if stealing precious time for yourself,

Your family, your well being is indulgent.

It is what makes us tick though, the relationships

Of our heart, the ones that draw us close.

So steal time and enjoy the richness of it.

See God in the faces of those that live you.

Remember there is a sacred place called

Sabbath that is our place to see God.
