Today starts the first leg of my journey to Southern Sudan. I have awakened with joy, flutters, and excitement. This is the way our journeys should be. I mean we all have a mission to do. At a big church in town you drive out of their driveway and at the stop sign its says "mission field ahead". We all have missions and we should approach them with joy, nervousness, and excitement. It helps us to tackle what is ahead and it hopefully will help us slow down to enjoy it too. May we be open to God showing us our mission in the world and to doing it.
