Afraid

You are far
   You reach out
      for no one
      You close yourself down

Open up
   don't be afraid
      It's not the end
        just a different
           beginning

Scared of night
   afraid of loss
     face the night
         mourn the loss

Hold on to what is close
   so close you don't see
      look to love
        surrounding
           enfolding
              touching
