God,
We thank you for sunny eggs when there is no sunshine.
We meditate on your creation as we spread the jelly.
We give thanks for shelter as the rain pounds down,
And pray for those trying to find a place to stay dry.
We think of things we take for granted as we eat,
Taste, touch, sound, smell, color open our eyes.
We ask you to remind us of your sweetness and
How your love changes and molds us daily. Amen
