There is a Grace

There is a grace in the world,

in each wing beat of the butterfly.

In the wonder of the newborn fawn,

wobbly legged unsure of what's next.

In the swim of the goose,

  trailing ripples of water, reflection.

In the wooly aphids float, flight,

  tiny blue fairy of delight.

In the sun slowly coming up,

  touching the horizon in color.

Look, wonder, and note it,

it is gone before we acknowledge them.
