Where is power

When we look for you, help us to remember,
  you were in the child among them.
The lepers who no one would touch,
  the sinful women at your feet.
The ones who touched the hem of your garment,
  not for condemnation, for healing.
Then in the little child because the disciples
  looked for power instead of the small.
