Let in, let go

Let something in, we all have to admit
  our own fragility and failings.
We are not gods, and when we think
  we are, we fall and fail more.
So let go and let something in, maybe
  it's light and the sunrise.
Over which we have no power, or maybe
  it's just in knowing there is nothing
We can enact of ourselves, no matter
  how much we think we can.
Let go and let the light in, know we are
  but frail things and then we will shine.
With grace, with compassion, with all
  the gifts which come from the eternal.
