Long roads

It will be a long road
  with pitfalls and brambles
Enough to get entangled in
  enough to consider following
Another path, and easier one
  which doesn't have so many
Struggles, hard places, or hills
  to climb and conquer
Life is sometimes not easy
  it is not a high road
Which takes us to our destination
  sometimes it is this long
Winding, choke filled road
  of hardship, yet it is full
In beauty and lessons learned
  and the proof we are stronger
Than we think or know in the end
  its the journey which matters
