Bursting

It just happens one day
you are surrounded by green life
Yes the dull, dark, drab
  will come back and linger
For a season, but this
  always bursts upon you like
A surprise hidden because
  it creeps in bright crocus
Then the daffodils and you
think the limbs will always be bare
Fingers reaching for
  frozen air, and then, then
Green bursts out in chunky
  branches covering, hiding, delights
For the eyes and it came
so slowly you can't believe it went
