Troubled

Do not be troubled

  do not be afraid

Jesus' peace is one we cannot understand

  one not given to us and we are asked

To trust, have faith

  rest in it, it is not tangible

We cannot hold on tightly

  it escapes us if we do

Lightly go, lightly hold

  only then we might understand

The understandable

  deep in the soul
