Jesus must be a gated community
A place where we can keep all the
Unwanted out, even believers
Because they lack, we have it
Truer, better, figured out

Heaven must be a gated community
With sections for all denominations
So we're not confused, so we can
Visibly see who had it most right
Where the angels only sing to the best

God must have favorites
Because this is what I see
People think they have it most
Right, you are most wrong
There is no opening of heart

Not for the faithful,
Not for the weak,
Not for the oppressed,
Not for the poor even in spirit,
Can you shut out God?
