Surprises

May we accept the surprises of this day,
And know you are in each and every one.
Give us patience to work out where to find,
You in all that arises. Give us love of which
You are the author of. Give us gentleness
So we may be compassionate to others and
Ourselves. Let us take the time to know you
In the breaking of bread and the gifts you
Bring to us in hidden vessels. Amen.
