In darkness we find the light
  going through the trials
All those places we would rather
  shut away only hold us
Hostage to experiencing reality
  real life only comes forth
From dark, rich, wet soil full
  of life from things that
Burrow and lay hidden in the
  depths giving air and health
Healing the roots as they cast down
  and anchor providing strength
