Love your enemy

Someone said once
"It is sad to presume we have an enemy"
Maybe this is where love starts
  In not seeing an enemy
The real enemy is thinking we have one
  It is assuming differences already
Set us apart instead of give an opportunity
To learn something new, to have a conversation
Let us not drive the wedge of our preconceptions
Open is to hearing, listening and loving freely
Freedom would be a beautiful word then
It would decorate our lives and actions
Instead of being a symbol
Which blows away in the breeze
